21-year-old allegedly admits to speaking to kids online, receiving nude photos and pictures 

REXBURG — Court documents uncover that a 21-year-old man connected probation admitted to rule enforcement that he was speaking to kids online and was receiving nude pictures. 

Draven A. Foster has been charged pinch 5 felonies for intersexual exploitation of a child. Court records show nan incidents happened successful November past year. 

According to nan affidavit of probable origin revenge by nan Madison County Sheriff’s Office, connected May 17 this year, a lawman was contacted by Madison County Probation successful regards to a probationer who admitted to talking pinch minors.

He was identified arsenic Foster. It is unclear what he was connected probation for.

The lawman past interviewed Foster, who allegedly said he would knowingly chat pinch girls betwixt nan ages of 16 and 17 utilizing nan societal media app Snapchat. He admitted to talking to children pinch nan “intent of receiving nude images aliases videos” of them, tribunal documents said. 

He told rule enforcement he would speak pinch 2 to 3 girls and received betwixt 10 to 15 images and videos of them naked. 

The lawman asked him if he knew possessing kid pornography was illegal. Foster said he knew it was forbidden and said that he knew what he was doing was wrong, according to tribunal documents. 

In June, nan lawman received a warrant return for Foster’s Snapchat account. While going done nan account, nan lawman recovered 122 images and videos sent by a user, each of which were saved by Foster. The lawman recovered that she was 16 years aged astatine nan time.
