Former Pocatello firefighter gets probation for possession of cocaine

POCATELLO — A man who pleaded blameworthy to possession of a controlled constituent has been sentenced to probation.

Loyd Russell Sleight, 31, entered a blameworthy plea aft reaching a plea statement pinch nan Bannock County Prosecutor’s Office, tribunal records show. As portion of nan agreement, misdemeanor charges for possessing supplier paraphernalia, driving nether nan power and carrying a concealed limb while nether nan power were dismissed.

At a May hearing, District Judge Javier Gabiola ordered Sleight to service 2 years probation pinch a 120-day discretionary jailhouse condemnation and complete 100 hours of organization service.
