Soda Springs woman sent to prison for selling meth out of home shared with children

SODA SPRINGS — A female who pleaded blameworthy to trading methamphetamine retired of a location occupied by mini children has been sentenced to prison.

Brook Jean Neeser, 30, pleaded blameworthy to 1 felony count of possession of meth pinch intent to present aft reaching a plea woody pinch nan Caribou County Prosecutor’s Office, tribunal records show. In exchange, 2 felony charges of wounded to a kid were dismissed.

At a Friday hearing, Neeser was ordered to service a situation condemnation of 30 to 42 months by District Judge Cody Brower.

Neeser was arrested successful October 2023 aft deputies pinch nan Caribou County Sheriff’s Office served a hunt warrant astatine her home. During their search, deputies recovered narcotics and paraphernalia passim nan home, of which 2 of nan bedrooms appeared to beryllium occupied by mini children. Some of nan contraband was recovered successful communal areas of nan home.

After serving a hunt warrant for Neeser’s compartment phone, officers recovered matter messages that were suggestive of supplier deals.

At sentencing, Neeser received in installments for 240 days clip served. She was besides ordered to salary $1,899.50 successful fees and fines.
