Woman arrested after crash into DMV building

IDAHO FALLS — A female was arrested aft she collapsed into a DMV building successful Idaho Falls, causing harm and injuries. 

The incident happened Thursday nighttime and was reported astatine 11:25. There was “extensive harm to nan northbound broadside of nan DMV building,” according to Idaho Falls Police Department spokeswoman Jessica Clements. 

A driver and 3 big passengers were walking southbound connected Yellowstone Avenue astatine E Street. 

The achromatic Mazda SUV jumped nan curb, drove onto nan grass, deed 2 parked vehicles owned by nan region and collapsed into nan northbound extremity of nan building, Clements said. 

The driver, Breeyona Vallo, 21, was arrested for felony aggravated DUI. Clements said a breathalyzer trial showed a 0.185 and a 0.184 humor intoxicant level. 0.08% is nan ineligible humor intoxicant limit successful Idaho.

A 28-year-old rider was besides arrested connected a misdemeanor warrant for probation usurpation for DUI, Clements added.
